Who am I
I’m an educator and entrepreneur working across skill development, academic guidance, and student mental wellness in Kerala, India. Everything I build comes back to one problem: too many capable students never finish what they start in higher education, and the reasons are almost always avoidable.
The PathHere
Before any of this, I ran a café in Trivandrum and built a digital marketing agency in Kochi. I spent time working in Dubai and Malaysia. None of it pointed toward education in any obvious way. What eventually brought me back to Kerala — and toward this specific work — was watching a student get shut out of further education entirely. Not for lack of merit. For lack of the right guidance at the right moment.
What I DoToday
Founder & CEO I lead curriculum design, brand strategy, and growth for an outcome-driven skill academy — building programs around what employers actually need, not just what’s easy to teach.
Chief Growth & Operations Officer, I lead growth and operations for the Zero Dropout Program — a mentoring model backed by academic counsellors and in-house psychologists, supporting students from admission through completion.
Founder member I helped build a student mental wellness community addressing the piece of the dropout problem that academic guidance alone can’t solve.
What IBelieve
That building your own institution teaches you more than working inside someone else’s. That accessible education shouldn’t be limited to big metros. That a student’s success depends on three things working together — the right skills, the right guidance, and the right support — not any one of them alone.
Beyond theVentures
I’m the author of three Malayalam books — Pinnaniyile Pithirvisheshangal (a bestseller), Anashwara Pranayathinte Manifesto, and Ariyuka. Beyond the books, I’ve deliberately stepped away from being labeled a “digital marketer” or a “trainer” — those describe a skill, not what I’m building. I’d rather be known as an educator, entrepreneur, and student wellness advocate.
